Author interviews with published writers

To help you get a well-rounded behind the scenes look at what it’s like to write and publish novels, I began interviewing other authors here on The Writing Piazza. I am also a firm believer in learning from watching those who have successfully done what we wish to do. This is another reason why I am so excited to have the opportunity to learn from all of these talented writers who have written and published. I am learning so much from them and I hope you will too.

For those of you who aren’t writers, not to worry, I also made sure the questions would be interesting and entertaining for you. The writing business is a hard road to travel, full of highs and lows. And through this blog, you will be able to catch a glimpse of what goes on behind the curtain, where the real magic happens. 😉

This is a compiled list of the author interviews I have given. Click the link below to be taken to the interview of the writer of your choice.

Hi Kara! How are you? You have a great an informational blog. I look forward to reading all of your helpful advice for authors. I had the privilege of meeting you and reading one of my stories to you this past Saturday. You gave great and insightful advice about my story and I would love if you read more of my short stories. Thanks again for the great advice and I look forward to seeing you at the next Meet Up! – Sincerely, Dave

It was great to meet you too Dave! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Just a tip for you in the future, create a signature line with a link to some of your work (or your book). Then when you post comments on writing sites and blogs like this, you include it under your signature and you get some exposure for yourself. And that way if other people want to, they can check out your work too. You want to make it as easy as possible for people to find your work! Good luck!
